Character
Scooter[1] is a surfer fish commonly seen at Goo Lagoon, who is easily identified by his high-pitched, shaky voice. Scooter has green lips and wears green shorts with yellow flowers. His girlfriend is Nazz-Mimi, whom he has a baby with. He is voiced by Carlos Alazraqui in most episodes, but is voiced by Clancy Brown in the episode "Wigstruck," and Dee Bradley Baker in "Sponge-Cano!"
He once died and turned in to an angel, when he drowned in the high tide from "Bubble Buddy." In later episodes, he is somehow alive although it wasn't shown how he got revived as it is a continuity error.
Appearance
Scooter is a light purple/gray fish with paler colored fins. He typically wears multi-colored pants.
