Role in the series
At Squidward's house, SpongeBob sees an ad for Sardine's Sundries. In the ad, it offers "Dream Glasses", which SpongeBob needs to go into Squidward's dream to get his clarinet to get a sea snake out of his water helmet, so that he can go to Sandy's treedome.
SpongeBob goes there and gets the "Dream Glasses" for free.
