Description
He is an olive-green-colored fish with dark yellow-orange lips, light olive-green fins, and has dark olive-green spots on the side of his head. He wears purple shorts with white flowers and light blue sandals. In the first movie, he is seen wearing brown shoes and socks. He sometimes bears a striking resemblance to Scooter. In SpongeBob SquarePants 4-D: Ride, he appears in a greener color and wears red shorts.
Personality
He usually is a surfer at Goo Lagoon and does not act very intelligently.
He is best known for comedic one-liners. However, unlike several other common background characters, he has never played a major role in an episode.
