The Sports Utility Boat,[citation needed] or simply S.U.B., is a vehicle owned by Larry the Lobster. It is a minor variation of the boatmobile or Jeep-Mobile that is raised up on a 4X4 Kit. It first appears in the episode "Drive Thru."
Description[]
The S.U.B. is a modified Jeep-Mobile with a lift kit, 4X4 Tires, riveted panels of metal, a roll cage, and large tires.

"Drive Thru"[]
Larry arrives at the Krusty Krab drive-thru. SpongeBob tries to give the food to Larry, while Larry tries to encourage him, but his S.U.B. is too high, and SpongeBob drops the food on top of himself.
SpongeBob complains to Mr. Krabs that he cannot reach the window of Larry's S.U.B., so Mr. Krabs solves the problem by smashing a hole through the wall with a sledgehammer.
"Squidward's School for Grown-Ups"[]
Larry is driving his S.U.B. while SpongeBob and Patrick are screaming at boats. One of the boats SpongeBob and Patrick scream at is Larry's S.U.B.
"Demolition Doofus"[]
The finback fish drives an S.U.B. in the Demolition Derby.
"Burst Your Bubble"[]
Larry is seen showing off the S.U.B. to Incidentals 7 and 8 while SpongeBob passes by sad as he did not pass his driver's test.

SpongeBob and Patrick steal the tires from Larry's S.U.B. for parts for their tank they use to get revenge on Ajax Magee.

- The S.U.B.'s name is a pun on a SUB, an underwater vehicle that can reach low levels of the ocean.
- The S.U.B. is a parody of the real vehicle called a S.U.V. (Sports Utility Vehicle), except a S.U.B. is boat-like and stands for Sports Utility Boat.
- It vaguely resembles Sandy's Jeep-Mobile from "To Save a Squirrel."
