Sünger Bob Kare Şort is the former Turkish dub of SpongeBob SquarePants. It has since been replaced with the new Turkish dub Sünger Bob Kare Pantolon. It is part of International SpongeBob SquarePants and previously aired on CNBC-e, Nickelodeon (Turkey), and SHOW TV.

- In CNBC-e, when Sandy, Plankton, and Mrs. Puff start reading from a poster, Mr. Krabs' and Larry's scenes of reading the poster are cut.[4]
- In CNBC-e, in the episode "One Coarse Meal, the beginning scene is cut.
- The infamous gasoline scene from "Just One Bite" is cut.
Trivia[]
- A subtitled version of the dub began to air on CNBC-e on November 8, 2004, following English airings on MTV Europe gaining much popularity in Turkey the same year. It stopped airing in 2007. There is very little proof of the subtitled version's existence outside of a few forum posts and a clip of “Jellyfish Jam” subtitled posted on YouTube[5].
- To date some of it's episodes (especially from season 6) are hard to find online, making it lost media.
- Currently, this is one the few dubs to have their episodes to be hard to find online, like the former Korean and Albanian dubs.
- From season 1-6 (the only exception being "Nature Pants"), the theme song was only dubbed in the beginning part, and almost all the songs were subtitled and undubbed. But starting with mid-early late season 6, the intro was dubbed.
- The Turkish dub of the first movie uses many voice actors from this dub.
- Oya Prosçiler (the voice for Sandy) came back to voice Sandy in the Nick dub.
- There are different dubbed versions of the intro. The most memorable is the error-free version with the beginning in Turkish and the rest in original English. The second intro, which was used in seasons 6-7, was fully dubbed into Turkish, did not use the original Turkish voice of the pirate from the introductory pineapple scene and afterwards, and the voice of the pirate from the introductory pineapple scene afterwards is inconsistent, as it is not the voice of the pirate in the beginning. In addition, a deep male voice was added in addition to the children's voices at the beginning of the intro.
- Patchy the Pirate was called Korsan Tekgöz from seasons 2-3. From seasons 4-5, he was called Korsan Patchy.
- Sercan Gidisoglu was SpongeBob's voice actor in S5E8 to early season 6. He was later replaced by SpongeBob's original voice actor, Murat Prosçiler.
- Mr. Krabs was name in this dub is Bay Yengeç. Later, his name was changed to Bay Krabs in seasons 4-6. In season 7, his name changed back to Bay Yengeç.
- Despite the fact that the intro was dubbed in the episode, "Nature Pants", the intro used for seasons 6-7 has completely different lyrics and audio then the one used for "Nature Pants".
Errors[]
- In CNBC-e, in the episode "Band Geeks," this dub has the following errors:
- The title card was mistakenly left in English undubbed.
- The scene when Squidward is suppose to say, "Wait, wait. I know tensions are high...," he cannot be heard saying that line in this dub. Instead he is left mute at that part and all that can be heard are the crowd voices overlapping.

It was later updated with the old sound but minor errors occurred and the lyrics were changed. There were differences, for example, the clipped sound of Squidward's dubbing. In the updated versions, there is a scene where the sound of the new SpongeBob voiceover is not clipped. ''Krabby Road''
