Trivia

Errors

  • In Nickelodeon Turkey, In the episode "Texas," SpongeBob says "Don't cry anymore, Sandy, I'll go get your bags." mistakenly dubbed.
  • Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy are sometimes falsely called "Deniz Adam" and "İstiridye Çocuk" even though their original Turkish names are "Denizkızı Adam" and "Midye Oğlan".
  • The episode "Pranks a Lot" is called "Çıplak Şortlar" but it is supposed to be "Çıplak Şort" because "Çıplak Şortlar" cannot be translated and is not a word in Turkish.
  • In the episode, "Choir Boys," the title card was mistakenly cut.
  • Digiturk misspells "Whirly Brains" as "WhirlyBrains" and "Mermaid Pants" as "MermaidPants".
  • The Turkish name of the episode "Have You Seen This Snail?" is "Solucanı Gördünüz Mü?," which directly translates to "Have You Seen Worm?" The Turkish name is incorrect because Gary is a snail, not a worm.
  • In the episode, "Little Yellow Book," Mr. Krabs says "Well, you don't have to be nasty about it!" mistakenly dubbed.
  • In the episode "Porous Pockets," after Patrick says "Inside the Bikini Bottom Diamond Mine!" the episode instantly ends, the title card was mistakenly edited.
  • In the episode,"Company Picnic," the title card was mistakenly dubbed.
