The Rock Bottom bus station is Rock Bottom's bus station. It first appears in the episode "Rock Bottom."
Description[]
Exterior[]
The building appears to be a sunken submarine. The words "bus station" are written in red and there are yellow lights. The door of the building is green.
Interior[]
The interior is made using mostly blue metal. Inside are benches, plants, a standard TV, a vending machine, a clock, and an information window.
Role in series[]
"Rock Bottom"[]
After SpongeBob fails to get on the bus leading to Bikini Bottom numerous times, he decides to go inside of the bus station to get some help. However, SpongeBob has to wait a long time before getting to the window to get help. The manager is the only one seen working there and SpongeBob can only speak to him by speaking with the Rock Bottom accent. Unfortunately for SpongeBob, the bus has already left and the manager closes down the Bus Station.
An upset SpongeBob tries to get the manager to get another bus to come, but leaves as soon the lights turn off.
"Food PBFFT! Truck"[]
The bus station is seen many times while SpongeBob and Squidward travel around Rock Bottom with the food truck.
Trivia[]
- There is a vending machine inside the bus station. However, it has only appeared in the video game The Yellow Avenger.
