Richard Steven Horvitz (born July 29, 1966; age 58) is an actor who guest stars in the film The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run and various Nickelodeon crossover games.

He is known for the voices of Zim from Invader Zim, Billy and his dad in Grim & Evil and its spin-off The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Grey Matter in Ben 10, Daggett in The Angry Beavers, Crayon Boy from Codename: Kids Next Door, Dr. Chipotle Sr. and his dad Diego, Dr. Chipotle Jr on El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera, Rodney J. Squirrel on Squirrel Boy, Moxxie and Eddie from Helluva Boss, The Chicken from The Fairly OddParents episode "Crash Nebula," Orthopox in Destroy All Humans!, the Zoni in Ratchet & Clank, Dr. Pencilneck from Johnny Bravo, Razputin "Raz" Aquato in the Psychonauts video game series, Kaos in the Skylanders video game series, and Lani-Loli in Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time.
