Rhys Parry Jones (born February 18, 1960; age 64) is a Welsh actor who voices Eugene H. Krabs, Patrick Star, Painty the Pirate, and Mermaid Man in S4C's Welsh dub of SpongeBob SquarePants. He also voices Incidental 6 in the episode "Breath of Fresh Squidward." He works at BBC Wales, where he works on Welsh TV shows and dubs.
