Character

The Popeye fish is a tough fish who makes several cameo appearances throughout the series, starting with the episode "No Weenies Allowed."

Description

He is a large, muscular, light grayish brown fish who wears navy blue underpants and a gray sailor's hat. He has yellow eyes, a scar above his left eye, and stubble on his chin. He has very short legs in contrast to the rest of  his body.

History

"No Weenies Allowed"

He is seen standing in front of The Salty Spitoon.

"Plankton's Army"

Plankton asks him and a group of other fish to be his henchmen to steal the Krabby Patty secret formula. He and the other group of fish end up stepping on Plankton, causing him to return to the Chum Bucket in a wheelchair with a cast and bandages.

"The Cent of Money"

Mr. Krabs and Gary steal his change. When SpongeBob comes looking for them, the Popeye fish tells SpongeBob that they had stolen his change, and refers to them as "criminals."
