Pirate 4[1] is a "Pirate" incidental who first appears in the episode "Dying for Pie."
Description[]
He is a light teal fish with darker teal lips. He also has stubble on the sides of his lips and on his chin. He wears a red bandana with white spots, orange and brown striped pants wrapped in a red sash, golden earrings, and brown shoes with golden shoe buckles.
He also has an alternate design that debuted in "Dirty Bubble Returns" where he is colored purple with darker purple lips and fins. His bandana is teal with dark teal spots, his sash is dark teal, his pants are purple with thin pink stripes, and his shoes are faded black.

Pirate 4 has made a few appearances throughout the series. He is normally portrayed as a pirate and has commonly been seen among other "Pirate" incidentals.

"Dying for Pie"/"Dying for Pie: Puppet Edition!"[]
He tells Squidward that the pies that they were handling are not real homemade pies and that they are really bombs in the form of pies.
"All That Glitters"[]
He is seen in one of SpongeBob's flashbacks about his spatula. SpongeBob fights him and ends up throwing him off the cliff.
"Hello Bikini Bottom!"[]
He is seen colored yellow in the crowd when SpongeBob and Squidward break in Ned and the Needlefish's concert.
"Dirty Bubble Returns"[]
He is one of the customers at The Buccaneer listening to the pirate captain when the Dirty Bubble passes by and cleans the pirate, turning him into a sweet, innocent sailor. Then he says it's time to have tea and cakes, but Pirate 4 and the other customers beat him up.
"Boss for a Day"[]
He, along with Captain Cruel and the bubba fish, assault the Krusty Krab, but Mr. Krabs kicks them all out.
