"Pineapple RV" is a SpongeBob SquarePants episode from season twelve. In this episode, SpongeBob and Patrick turn the pineapple into a mobile home to take Squidward on the road trip he deserves.

Trivia

General

No Free Rides 40a
  • The license plate on SpongeBob's RV says "IM-RDY," like it does in "No Free Rides" and "Sharks vs. Pods."
  • Although this episode aired in many countries in 2019, and it will air in the US sometime in 2020, it was made in 2018 according to the credits. It was also the last episode to made in 2018.
  • This is the second episode where Squidward is seen playing his clarinet at the end of an episode. The first episode this happens is in "Bubblestand."
  • The melody that the lily plant plays at the end is the same that SpongeBob and Patrick play in Squidward's body in "Snooze You Lose."
  • Irony: Patrick's hat while driving says "Slow and Steady," despite the fact he is going fast.
  • According to Vincent Waller on Twitter, this was the final episode to be fully finished before Stephen Hillenburg's death.[2]
  • This episode was leaked on the Nickelodeon Play app in Portugal on November 23, 2019.[citation needed]

  • DirecTV scheduled this episode for January 1, 2020 on Nicktoons, along with "Shell Games," "Boss for a Day," and "My Two Krabses," despite the fact that these episodes did not premiere yet.
