He is a light indigo fish with indigo lips and slick back yellow hair who wears a black suit and pants over a white dress shirt with a red bow tie. He also wears brown shoes.
Role in episode[]
He appears as the pianist of King Neptune's ball at King Neptune's castle where he struggles to play the piano due to Cecil Star being inside of it. He is later seen happily playing the piano at the party at the Star house.
