Pet Store is a store chain where pets and pet products are sold. It appears in the episodes "Gary in Love," "Treats!," "Gary's New Toy," "Stormy Weather," and "Slappy Daze." The only known employee who works there is Incidental 40, and Incidental 82 and Incidental 87 go to this store as well.
Description[]
The store sells many pets who are seen in the series as well as pet products like food and toys. It is a huge store that has stores throughout the oceans.
Exterior[]
The outside walls of the Pet Store are purple. On the top of the store there is a sign painted red which reads the store's name in blue letters. The doors have a dark purple border. In "Stormy Weather," the Pet Store is colored green with a pink sign.
In "Slappy Daze," the store is redesigned to be shaped like an animal carrier, with a green and blue color scheme.

Inside the store, the walls are made out of green metal and there is a wooden floor. There are animal toys placed in a lot of areas.
Role in series[]
"Gary in Love"[]
Gary hides in here to keep low from Mary's ex-boyfriend and his gang. They do come in and trash the place, however, instead of finding Gary, Mary's ex-boyfriend finds a bullworm which then begins to beat him up. Gary uses this distraction to get out of the Pet Store, also going by Harold, who tells him that he must stay behind and help him clean the store.
"Treats!"[]
There are many pet stores that appear in this episode, but the one in Bikini Bottom returns. Once again, Harold is the employee and he is wearing different clothes. The exterior of the building has changed from purple to green.
"Gary's New Toy"[]
SpongeBob takes Gary here to buy him a new chew toy. The two encounter Patrick, who eats numerous food from the store without paying. Patrick suggests that SpongeBob get Gary a Pet Point 3000, though he changes his mind once the toy's laser beams through his head.
SpongeBob ends up getting a red ball for Gary.
"Stormy Weather"[]
Drizzle crashes through the Pet Store, and drops worms and snails in front of people passing by, who get attacked by the animals.
"Slappy Daze"[]
Slappy visits the Pet Store, and flirts with Slippy, who is working at the register. Slappy buys a can of bat food and a flea collar for Nosferatu. Slippy gives him the items for free, and they go in to kiss. However, Slappy leaves, and SpongeBob shows up, asking for snail diapers for Gary. Slippy kisses Gary instead, to SpongeBob's discomfort.
