He is a purple fish with a turquoise back fin who wears a brown and white hat, explorer clothing, brown boots, and a gray mustache and eyebrows.
Role in episode[]
He is shown as an antagonistic character who is in pursuit of Patrick's new pet Rolly, thinking it is a geode. Percival introduces himself to Patrick, but Patrick thinks he wants to play with Rolly, so he wraps Percival in Rolly's leash. When Patrick says he's done playing, so he unravels Rolly's leash, freeing Percival.
Later, when Patrick takes Rolly for a walk, Percival is seen trying to steal Rolly from inside a trash can, but gets flattened out. When Rolly becomes dirty and smelly, Patrick takes him to the groomer, where Percival, disguised and holding the real employees hostage, welcomes them. Percival tries to crack open Rolly, but he rolls away and rolls over Percival, foiling his plan. At the end of the episode, Percival steals Rolly and cracks him open, only to discover he was a dinosaur egg all along. Rolly hatches out of his egg and devours Percival whole.
