Pearl's cyan friend is a fish who first appears in the episode "Truth or Square."
Description[]
She is a teenage cyan fish with light blue lips, black pupils with highlights, and three eyelashes per eye. She has slightly bushy and curved straight blonde hair and wears a purple headband with a magenta flower, a purple dress with a magenta neckerchief, a magenta belt, and dark purple sandals.

She appears driving her boatmobile with Pearl and Incidental K2 as her passengers as they pull up to the Krusty Krab's new drive-thru. Upon realizing that Squidward is behind the intercom, Pearl decides to pull a prank on him with her two friends by having the cyan fish scream their order into Squidward's ear with a megaphone, which is two large Krabby Patties with fries.
Squidward's hearing is subsequently damaged through the prank, causing his ear to hurt badly to the point of having to wear a bandage over it afterward.
