Description
He is a tan fish with a rounded head and beige fins, similar to Incidental 107. He wears blue pants with a black belt.

"Valentine's Day"
He is seen at the Valentine's Day Carnival while Patrick is trying to figure out what his Valentine's gift from SpongeBob is. Patrick lifts the guy by his belt and asks SpongeBob if the guy is his Valentine's Day gift. SpongeBob tells him he is not his gift and Patrick then drops the guy.
He is later seen cornered at the end of the pier with some other fish during Patrick's big tantrum.
