Nicktoons Racing is a Nicktoons crossover racing video game released for the Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Color, PC, and PlayStation. It was also released as an arcade cabinet.

While the PC and PlayStation 1 versions were never reviewed, the game has received mixed to positive reviews elsewhere. IGN gave the Game Boy Color version a 3 out of 10,[5] and the Game Boy Advance version an 8 out of 10.[6]

- Most versions of this game have backwards compatibility.
- The arcade version does not have backwards compatibility.
- The Game Boy Advance version can be played on all DS and DS Lite units.
- The Game Boy Color version can be played on all Game Boy Advance/Game Boy Advance SP units.
- The PC version can be played on all older computer units.
- The PlayStation 1 version can be played on all PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3 units.
- Software Creations also developed multiple Rugrats games.
- Mr. Krabs and Pearl's house appears in the Game Boy Color version.
- Sandy's treedome appears in the arcade and PC versions.
- One of the dialogues the mystery rider says is "Come back here, you swine!" from "Plankton!"[8] However, the word swine is offensive in some countries.
- The PC and PlayStation 1 versions have the same gameplay, while the arcade, Game Boy Advance, and Game Boy Color versions each have their own gameplay style.
- A sequel on PC called Nicktoons Winners Cup Racing was released in 2006 exclusively in North America and includes later Nicktoons characters, such as Timmy Turner from The Fairly OddParents, Jimmy Neutron from The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius, and Danny Fenton from Danny Phantom along with all of the main villain characters from those shows. There's also an arcade-only sequel entitled Nicktoons Nitro that was released in 2009. Eventually, GameMill Entertainment started up a new line of sequels for video game consoles beginning with Nickelodeon Kart Racers in 2018 which was followed up by Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2: Grand Prix in 2020 and Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway in 2022.
- This is the first store-bought merchandise of the SpongeBob SquarePants series.
- This is the first video game SpongeBob ever appeared in. However, Legend of the Lost Spatula is the first video game to revolve solely around the SpongeBob SquarePants franchise itself.
