Exterior
It is a purple building which is partially made of bamboo. It has a giant book with a tear in the corner that reads "NEAR MINT" on it in green font, along with "Comic Books" on the front wall as its sign.

The interior includes green wood flooring, along with many racks of comic books and a front table made of bamboo with a cash register and a tall, brown cabinet in the back.

It appears at the beginning of the episode, in which Patrick screams at a comic book and then proceeds to eat it. He then burps out an ad for a mail-in offer promising to record a song.
"The Card"
It is the main location of half of the episode. After the cashier tells SpongeBob that one of the packs of Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy cards might contain a rare hologram card, SpongeBob goes through all of his money to try to find the card.
