National No Patrick Day is a holiday in Bikini Bottom where all the Bikini Bottomites have a day without Patrick Star. This event happens right after the holiday National No SpongeBob Day in the final scene of the episode "Gone."

After Patrick explains to SpongeBob about what happened on National No SpongeBob Day, he himself immediately announces that it is now National No Patrick Day and tells SpongeBob that No SpongeBob Day is nothing compared to No Patrick Day.
The Bikini Bottomites then go back into the bus, as Patrick tries to join, but SpongeBob pushes Patrick back, beginning the holiday. Patrick immediately forgets what he just said and sadly wonders where everybody went as the episode ends.
