Nancy[5] Suzy[6] Fish[7] is a gray minnow with white hair who is one of the most frequently-used background characters. She commonly appears as one of Pearl's friends. She is first seen in the episode "Ripped Pants."
Description
She is usually dark teal in color and wears a mustard-yellow dress. Her hair is white in a bob style and she wears a yellow headband, although her color and appearance may vary in certain episodes. It is revealed in "Bubble Buddy Returns" that her hair is really a wig.
For example, in "The Sponge Who Could Fly," she wears a magenta-colored dress as well as a magenta-colored headband. In "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy IV," she wears a purple sun hat with a pink bow-tie. In season 1 and some early season 2 episodes, she has pink lips and nostrils.
Family
Nancy is married to Frank and they appear in several episodes together, such as "Chum Bucket Supreme." Her ex-husband is Fred who she appears in several episodes with such as "Squirrel Jokes."
She was also married to Tom and they are the parents of Miss Rechid as revealed in "Bubble Buddy." She and Fred could be the parents of Monroe as shown in "Truth or Square" but it is more likely that Fred's ex-wife, Mable-Monica is his mother.
Biography
She is often seen eating at the Krusty Krab, and in several episodes, she is seen attending Mrs. Puff's Boating School.
She is often seen with Fred, particularly in earlier episodes, while in "No Weenies Allowed," she is seen picnicking at Goo Lagoon with Tom and Miss Rechid.

- Nancy Suzy Fish works as a bank teller in two episodes. The first instance being in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III" and the second being in the episode "Safe Deposit Krabs."
- The model number for Suzy is "7."[8][9]
- According to the game Sponge Star Patrick Pants, she owns a pet scallop and she thinks SpongeBob is a talking block of cheese.
- In the series, Nancy has been shown to have three different husbands meaning she has gotten a divorce at least twice.
