Role in seriesEdit

"Ripped Pants"Edit

Larry invites Sandy and SpongeBob to lift weights, and they accept. Sandy and Larry start lifting weights, while SpongeBob lifts a stick with two marshmallows on it to impress the crowd. He then rips his beach pants while lifting it.

"MuscleBob BuffPants"Edit

SpongeBob uses Anchor Arms to look more muscular, and goes to Mussel Beach to show them off. Sandy decides to enroll him into the 8th Annual Anchor Toss.

When it is his turn to toss the anchor, his Anchor Arms explode, revealing that he was actually really weak.

TriviaEdit

  • Mussel Beach is a pun and misspell on the word "muscle," with mussel being a type of shellfish.
    • The name of the beach could also be a parody of "Muscle Beach," a real-life beach location in Santa Monica, California.
  • It also appears in the video game Employee of the Month. Where you have to get Larry's shovel and bucket to dig up a treasure chest full of bus tokens.
