Mrs. Puff's lighthouse

Location

Mrs. Puff's lighthouse is a lighthouse located next to Mrs. Puff's Boating School. As with the school itself, it first appears in the episode "Boating School." It plays its first major role in "Lighthouse Louie." It also appears in Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years.

Description[]

It is a white lighthouse with a few sky blue circular windows, a transparent blue glass light on top, a golden head, and a red and black bottom.

In Kamp Koral, the lighthouse resembles a red kerosene lamp, and is much smaller.

Role in series[]

"Boating School"[]

SpongeBob crashes into this lighthouse as Mrs. Puff inflates in the boatmobile.

"Demolition Doofus"[]

The lighthouse collapses in the end, crushing both SpongeBob and Mrs. Puff who were in Mrs. Puff's Boating School.

"Burst Your Bubble"[]

When Mrs. Puff drives her bubble boat through flaming cacti, it catches on fire. She then runs into the lighthouse, which ignites and fire fish appear to put it out.

"My Leg!"[]

The first shot of the episode is SpongeBob and Mrs. Puff crashing into the lighthouse, which lands on Fred's leg.

"Lighthouse Louie"[]

SpongeBob is required to clean out the inside of the lighthouse. During his job, he finds an abandoned female snail named Louie. SpongeBob appreciates Louie's presence at first, but soon she starts getting in the way of his cleaning, so he tries to keep her away from him. It doesn't work, and Louie starts attacking SpongeBob in anger. This causes the lighthouse to fall over and start rolling around, causing massive destruction in Bikini Bottom.

The lighthouse is eventually stopped, and it is revealed that Louie was only attacking SpongeBob to protect her babies.

"Potato Puff"[]

After Mrs. Puff replaces herself with a double for SpongeBob's driving test, she goes inside the lighthouse and watches Headlocks & Heartbreaks while SpongeBob wreaks havoc around the city.

"There Will Be Grease"[]

When Mr. Krabs, Plankton, and SpongeBob are trying to sell their Everything Juice, SpongeBob uses it to clean her lighthouse.

Trivia[]

There is a regular lighthouse that is seen in many opening shots of Bikini Bottom which was seen most prominently in "Night Light," but it is not the same as this one.
It also appears on the title card for "Lighthouse Louie."
