Mr. Charleston is a reenactment character portrayed by Doug Lawrence, the voice of Sheldon J. Plankton, in "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout." He is the human version of Plankton and is a lot like Plankton in the series.
Description[]
He is a middle-aged man who wears a green shirt, eye patch, and a balaclava. He has headphones with antennae on his head.
Role in episode[]
He is the owner of the Crumb Basket. He wants to steal the secret sauce recipe of the Slabby Patty from the Trusty Slab, much like Plankton and how he wants to steal the Krabby Patty secret formula.
