Mel is a character who appears in the episode "Shell Games." He is the owner of Mel's Man Salon.
Description
Mel is a purple octopus with black eyebrows and a mustache. He wears a white shirt with a red bow tie. Much like Tony, he speaks in a Brooklyn accent.
Role in episode
