Mel is a character who appears in the episodes "Shell Games" and "UpWard." He is the owner of Mel's Man Salon and is also a worker at Lady Upturn's mansion.

Description

Mel is a purple octopus with black or white eyebrows, a black mustache, and otherwise no or balding white hair. He wears a white or gray shirt with white sleeves and a red or black bow tie. Much like Tony, he speaks in a Brooklyn accent.

When Tony and Patrick arrive at Mel's Man Salon, Mel notes that Tony is 30 years late for his appointment, but he still gives him a shave. Tony then asks Mel to try and get Patrick off his shell, but Patrick refuses to budge despite Mel's best efforts.
