"Malleus Mallificarum" was composed by Dave Hewson. There are two versions. It is used as the theme for the Flying Dutchman, specifically, his entrance. The main instruments being played in the piece include a timpani, high and low strings, a glockenspiel, piano, organ, choir, and cymbals.

- This track has played in every Flying Dutchman-related episode.
- "Shopping List," "Appointment TV," and "Sandy, Help Us!" are the only episodes where the Flying Dutchman makes a physical appearance where this track doesn't play at all.
- Between "Ghoul Fools" and "The Legend of Boo-Kini Bottom," this track took almost six years to return.
- "Dr. Smart Science" is the only time to date this track has played in a scene not associated with the Flying Dutchman.
