He is a lime green octopus with a long, droopy nose, a huge forehead, a thin curly mustache, and six arms ending in purple suction cups. He wears a red robe with a yellowish collar, as well as a tall red hat with a golden border and the green eye emblem of the Cephalopod Lodge.
