The "Eleven Minutes Later" time card refers to SpongeBob's story of the entire episode, as well as referencing the 11-minute runtime of an average SpongeBob episode.
Patrick tells SpongeBob that this is the part where he runs away.
"Oh, I wish I could get my words out faster but everything's in slow motion!"
Mr. Krabs and Captain Scarfish look at the camera when Squidward interrupts the story.
Mrs. Puff frantically wakes up at the audience knowing that SpongeBob just earned a driving license, much to her horror.
Mrs. Puff knowingly tells the audience that SpongeBob's driver license has just been revoked, much to her delight.
