Wormy: Three times in the episode, the eponymous character, now grown up, gets close to somebody's face, suddenly cutting to a close up of a horsefly buzzing.
The scariness of Adult Wormy's close up has made this video and a lot of spoofs very popular. Various videos have been made that spoof of other characters being scared by adult Wormy's scary bug face, often used as a portrayal to other bugs, particularly spiders.
Are ya' feelin' it now Mr. Krabs?
"Mid-Life Crustacean:" SpongeBob and Patrick ask Mr. Krabs if they are feeling it for the Panty Raid, there is a version of this saying: "Art thou feeling it now Misiour Krabs?" One popular version is when Patrick sits on Harold.
Another version is with Mr. Krabs' (and sometimes SpongeBob's) head is replaced with Shulk from the video game Xenoblade Chronicles, who's catchphrase is "I'm really feeling it"
Assault your mind with subliminal messages
"Gary Takes a Bath:" When SpongeBob assaults Gary's mind with subliminal messages, several bath-related images appear. A rather creepy image of a chuckling girl suddenly appears, followed by SpongeBob saying "Sorry you had to see that."
Random images or scenes would replace SpongeBob's subliminal messages or only the last image would be used.
At Night
"Graveyard Shift:" SpongeBob works overtime and repeatedly says "I/I'm (action performed)... at night."

Some videos of this clip replace the man taking a shower with something else.
The man in the shower is actually Tom Kenny, the voice of SpongeBob and other characters.
Big Meaty Claws
"Band Geeks:" After playing horribly, Harold says how the band might not sound so bad if some people (referring to Mr. Krabs) didn't try to play with big meaty claws. Mr. Krabs then grabs him and asks what he said, Harold then says "Big, Meaty, Claws!"

"Missing Identity:" SpongeBob is getting ready for work starting out with some trouble. He then gets some snail food and wondered what it tasted like. He tasted it only to scream "BLEH!" heard by many Bikini Bottomites.
This has become popular due to SpongeBob screaming and it creates irony, as he liked snail food in other episodes like "I was a Teenage Gary." Possibly because his taste buds and brain were infested in Snail DNA when Squidward injected him with the Snail Plasma.

Kah Rah Tay Contest: A pair of images of SpongeBob clasping his hands together and leaning over. The images are also commonly used as a reaction image to various instances of people making an unwise decision.

"Band Geeks:" Squidward's band performs at the Bubble Bowl.
One would replace Sweet Victory with a different song. It is very popular on YouTube. Clips from other SpongeBob episodes, as well as The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, are used too. Some examples would be Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen and Eye Of The Tiger by Survivor. Some use parts where characters speak rather than sing, involving characters other than SpongeBob representing the singer at some points and/or do not use clips from "Band Geeks." The meme is usually called "SpongeBob sings (song name)."
Caveman SpongeBob (Primitive Sponge)
"SB-129:" When Primitive Sponge and Primitive Starfish are electrocuting themselves with a jellyfish, Squidward (who time traveled) asked them what they were doing, with both Primitive Sponge and Starfish making surprised face.
Around May 2016, Primitive Sponge with a surprised face has become an internet meme, with his photo photoshopped into multiple scenarios (an example being "When your friend is about to pick you up and can't find your wallet", followed by a photo of Primitive Sponge pasted into a room background). He is correctly known as "SpongeGar" in these memes, although that is a completely different character who looks similar to Primitive Sponge.
On June 4, 2016, Encyclopedia SpongeBobia administrator Squiddleward made a post on Tumblr about the meme, explaining the difference between SpongeGar and Primitive Sponge. It gained over 20,000 notes within several hours and reaching 100,000 by the end of the month.
Fans also are attempting to make Primitive Patrick a meme and have the same purpose.
Cheap Walk Cycles
"The Sponge Who Could Fly:" Patchy the Pirate finds a tape that shows a “lost episode” of SpongeBob. At the end of the episode, he puts in the tape and finds the clip is simply a series of SpongeBob doing walk cycles to upbeat music. Once it ends, Patchy angrily says "That was just a bunch of cheap walk cycles!"

It would involve characters from video games to TV shows (including other memes), to pop stars and politicians, even inanimate objects breaking into Squidward's bathroom; causing Squidward to scream. "Frankendoodle:" SpongeBob and Patrick find a pencil, and find out that anything drawn with it comes to life. They then draw another SpongeBob named DoodleBob. He then beats up Squidward. SpongeBob realized they have to get rid of him. He then uses the pencil to draw a bowling ball and rolls it at Patrick. Patrick turns into a bowling pin, and gets knocked over. SpongeBob says "You Okay Patrick?” and Patrick screams "FINLAND!” As well as that, "Finland" is briefly heard in "Accidents Will Happen" and The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water.
This has become popular on YouTube to Patrick's loud screaming of it.

- The Two Faces of Squidward: After SpongeBob hits the door on Squidward several times, he has become more handsome than before. SpongeBob then shoves Squidward out of the way, and he looks as if he is dancing.
This image has become very popular in edits, remixes, and numerous YouTube videos. It has also been parodied by fan-made art of other characters impersonating the handsome face.

Little Yellow Book: It is revealed that when SpongeBob sees plaid, he clucks like a chicken. This leads Squidward and a fish to make this occur, while Mr. Krabs (who is wearing the plaid) tells SpongeBob that he doesn't "need to rub it in", thinking SpongeBob is mocking him, and leaves.
Despite the context, the meme pertains closer to Mr. Krabs' take on the subject; it features SpongeBob "mocking" a specified text (which is actually more related to the plot of "Mimic Madness" instead of "Little Yellow Book"), and is written in toggle case. Squilliam Returns: Squilliam wants to hear what Squidward has accomplished since high school. Panicking, Squidward tries not to be intimidated and decides to picture him in his underwear but when he does so, Squilliam is imagined as a hot underwear model. Rock-a-Bye Bivalve: Patrick goes back to "work" and SpongeBob angrily follows him returning Patrick's briefcase filled with sundaes and donuts, in which he dumps all over Patrick. Patrick then says, "So, this is the thanks I get for working overtime?" SpongeBob gets extremely angry (though not as angry as he was in Rock Bottom), and exclaims "Overtime?!" with an angry look and many teeth.

Squidville: When Squidward's TV turns on, a spokesoctopus (parody of a spokesperson) reveals information on Tentacle Acres. Patrick then changes the channel saying, "I hate this channel."
This has become a very popular meme on YouTube. Replacing the spokesoctopus on the TV screen would be a random scene from a movie, TV show, game, or other thing, even the scene where Squidward looks at the TV repeating and repeating like a recursive image. The meme is usually known, as "Patrick hates (noun).”
Patrick Makes Squidward Kiss the Pickle
Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy IV: Squidward has shrunk and Patrick plays with Squidward. In this scene, he decided that Squidward might be more comfortable loving people his own size, so he suggested a pickle would do. - Frozen Face-Off: Plankton tries to get the formula, when the safe proves to be nearly indestructible, he wants to rip it up, bit by bit, molecule by molecule, and atom by atom. He snaps them in half. When the atoms snapped, they glowed while Plankton said "Uh-oh!" The explosion happens, destroying the Krusty Krab once again.
This has become very popular with YouTube Poops, and edited versions of the episodes due to their violent nature. SpongeBob Explosions were the inspiration of this meme. The "Dying for Pie" version is the most commonly used version. This also might have been a real life nuclear explosion of the bomb Baker in the 1950's on Bikini Atoll in the Marshall Islands located in the Pacific Ocean.

The Algae's Always Greener: An angered Nat who said, “You think this is funny?”, visits “Mr.” Plankton. Plankton responded yes in a sarcastic way. Nat then showed him a so-called "Krabby Patty" that Squidward made (because he and SpongeBob switched jobs). Plankton started by saying, "What it's just an ordinary Krabby..." However, he takes one look at it and exclaims "OH MY GOODNESS! SQUIDWARD!"
This has become popular with YouTube videos, and occasionally becomes part of an edited video. More often, part of the video is edited to suit the given reason for the video, with different characters and objects portraying different things: Nat as the complainer, the Squidward Krabby Patty as the bad object or event, Plankton as the scapegoat of the bad object or event, and Squidward as the real owner or cause of the bad object or event.

The Great Snail Race: Squidward gets a purebred snail named Snellie, and entered her in a race, only for her to lose to a rock for unknown reasons. The rock happened to be Patrick’s snail. However, Patrick had the trophy engraved to Squidward. However, it misspelled his last name as "Tortellini."
This has become popular due to Squidward yelling Tortellini, also because it was a running gag throughout the episode with people mispronouncing Squidward’s last name. Ironically, tortellini is actually a pasta dish that is stuffed with meat and cheese and then rolled and formed into small rings.

This meme has gained popularity due to the weird way of imitating a police car. In several memes, Patrick's "wee woo" sounds are voiced over actual emergency vehicles, especially police cars. More often, the original scene is used but is modified so that the "maniac" is replaced with a different character or person, as well as replacing SpongeBob with that different character.
