Lipp Cervas is one of the colleagues in Condo Island, and she is on the second floor of the Four Floors of Fear building. When Sandy reaches Lipp Cervas Sandy uses a hair dryer on her lips, making them dry and shatter into small pieces, forcing her to use lip balm to fix them.

She serves as the second boss of the game, using her lips as a shield, and trying to bite SpongeBob.
