The outside of the place resembles the Krusty Krab's regular exterior, but has a robotic animation of Patrick eating a frozen Krabby Patty in front of the flags on the Krusty Krab.
The place is meant to reflect how the Krusty Krab used to be prior to turning into a museum. Inside, there are robotic simulacrums of the customers, representing a day at the Krusty Krab. There are also robotic simulacrums of Mr. Krabs and Plankton, representing an attempted theft, Squidward, and SpongeBob. Real SpongeBob is the guide.
Due to the success of the frozen Krabby Patties, Mr. Krabs decides to retire the Krusty Krab and convert it into a museum. He fires SpongeBob as a fry cook and rehires him to tour guides and sell merchandise in the museum's gift shop. Squidward gets fired from his position as a cashier and requests a new job. Although he eagerly leaves the establishment to pursue his dreams, he comes back the following day after his attempts fail, and finally gets a job at the museum: replacing the robot Squidward, who is out of character.
Later in the episode, after SpongeBob discovers frozen Krabby Patties are made of sand, the Krusty Krab reverts to its previous state and throws away its associated robotic simulacrums and objects.
