Kelpy is the mascot of Kelpo cereal that appears as a toy in the episodes "Sentimental Sponge" and "Company Picnic."
Description[]
He is a green piece of kelp who has a face with black eyes; he has two other pieces of kelp used as arms and another two pieces of it used as legs. In some of his earlier appearances such as in "Karate Choppers" and "Shanghaied," he has two rounded buck teeth.

SpongeBob endlessly buys Kelpo cereal boxes that contain these toys, but he only uses the transparent plastic bags they come in to hang them on a wall.
