Kari Tamminen (born December 2, 1959; age 64) is a Finnish actor who voiced Patchy the Pirate, Mermaid Man, and Painty the Pirate in seasons 1-7. He has voiced other background characters in the series. The last episode he voiced in was "The Hot Shot" as Tony Fast Jr.
