He is a pale green fish with brown hair, lighter green fins, and dark green lips. He wears a yellow turtleneck sweater with brown pants and a darker brown belt.

Judge 3 has made a few appearances throughout the series. He was firstly designed to be a judge for the Dance A Thon but has also been commonly portrayed as an actor in many of his appearances as well.

He is a judge for the Dance A Thon, deciding which performer is eligible to be rewarded with the Dance a Thon trophy. He ends up giving it to Patrick in appreciation for his performance of The Cramp.

He appears during the ceremony of CheeseHead BrownPants, where he rips his pants off and wears SpongeBob's pants.

He is seen in the background of SpongeBob's new mansion as one of his rich friends.
