He is working at the antenna at WSEA TV, but it wasn't broken and he says the "bigwigs" in the TV Station want him to fix the "broken" antenna. He gets SpongeBob to go down to the rusty anchor for him to get him a Kelpsi. He may be a Californian, since he's always saying "Dude".
