It is a city with a bridge serving as its entrance. Its skyline features a large boat, as well as other buildings. It is home to the Grand Tug Hotel as well as a convention center.
Role in episode[]
Squidward and Bubble Bass head to Jetsam City for the clarinet and comic conventions. A train at Bikini Bottom Station makes a stop in Jetsam City, but Squidward and Bubble Bass were kicked off after they lost their tickets, so they instead go there by other means, such as using Old Man Jenkins' Eventually, at some point in the night, they arrive and check into the Grand Tug Hotel.
They ring the bell as the receptionist then asks them what they want. When they ask the receptionist for their rooms, he states that the rooms were given away since they were meant to check in the day before. They go to sleep, but Bubble Bass eats food which gets crumbs all over the bed, so Squidward tries to sleep in the bathroom, which was ruined by Bubble Bass as well.
In the morning, they exit the hotel and Squidward and Bubble Bass argue over whose convention is lamer. They arrive, where both conventions are in adjacent buildings. Old Man Jenkins still has his half plane loose as it is still flying. It crashes into Mermaid Man statue and both conventions and they are sad. They hear the train leaving and try to get on but fail.
