Jess Harnell (born December 23, 1963; age 61)[1] is an American voice actor. He provided the voice of the Kraken in "Kreepaway Kamp."

Jess Harnell is mainly known for his voice roles of Wakko Warner in Animaniacs, Captain Hero in Drawn Together, and Crash Bandicoot in the franchise of the same name. He is also the announcer in America's Funniest Home Videos.
