[to SpongeBob] Do you kiss your mother with that mouth?!
The janitor is a fish who is a common background character in the series. His character model is first used in "SB-129," where he is seen as a chrome spray painter in the future. He later appears in the present day in "Big Pink Loser" and continues to make sporadic appearances.
He is an olive-green fish with dark purple lips and light purple dorsal fins. He wears faded-blue overalls, an orange shirt, and a small orange hat. He appears to have two jobs; as a delivery fish in "Big Pink Loser" and as a garbage fish in "Sailor Mouth" and "Artist Unknown." He appears in multiple other episodes doing other jobs.
He can be seen delivering SpongeBob a truckload of trophies, causing Patrick to feel jealous.
Later in the episode, he mistakes SpongeBob as Patrick and delivers the latter's trophy to SpongeBob. However, under closer examination SpongeBob reveals that the trophy is supposed to be delivered to Patrick.
He sits with Sandals at the Krusty Krab and sees the latter is sick from eating one of the Spongy Patties. Taking a bite of it, he is disgusted and confronts Mr. Krabs on selling a ripoff of a Krabby Patty before he receives food poisoning. It is revealed he is a cop, he soon arrests the shocked Mr. Krabs after it turns out he sold rotten patties to customers who all got sick from them. During Mr. Krabs' trial, he is seen in the jury who declare Mr. Krabs guilty.
