Incidental HB4 are a pair of characters who first appear in the book Bubble Blowers, Beware! while their ideal debut was in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.
Description[]
They are two fish who are conjoined twins sharing only one body. Their pants and shirt are dull green and their body color is peach. One twin has a beard and the other one is balding. They also wear black boots.
Incidental HB4[]
He only has the head of the balding twin. He appears with pink skin, ginger-brown hair, a white tank top, and blue jeans. He also has billy-goat beard instead of a thick one, and he no longer has fingers.
Role in series[]
Incidental HB4 has made only a few appearances in the series so far. They were firstly portrayed to be one of the many patrons at the Thug Tug. In the season 11 episode, "Karen's Virus," an "HB" incidental who was based on this particular character was created.

The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie[]
They are seen in the scene where Victor is walking around with the Goofy Goober theme playing, to see who the "baby" who blew the bubble was (ironically saving SpongeBob and Patrick). Victor demanded to know which one of them was the one who blew the bubble. The twins blame each other, but then both say "Goofy goofy goobers goobers yeah!" after trying to deny ever going to the ice cream parlor and they shut their mouths. Victor laughed at this because it meant they had a double baby, before the former and the other "able-bodied patrons in the bar" beat them up.
