Incidental 98[1] is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Valentine's Day." Their incidental type is currently unknown.
Description[]
They are a pinkish-tan fish with light tan lips who wears a light blue t-shirt with a red heart on it.
Role in series[]
Incidentals 95-101's models shown to be absent from the original main model sheet (Note: the label is mistakenly shown to claim Incidentals 95-102 are absent).
Incidental 98 has not made many appearances throughout the series. They were absent from the series for many years after their cameo in "Patty Hype," (not counting their color palette being mistakenly used for Incidental 108 in "The Slumber Party") but he later makes a comeback in The Patrick Star Show episode "Patrick's Alley," and then makes their main series comeback in the season 13 episode "Say Awww!" They have yet to have their own speaking role and they were firstly designed to be a patron at the Valentine's Day Carnival.

They are seen driving in their boatmobile while GrandPat Star is left on the road.

They appear working at the Bureau of Bureaucracy. They are shown being possessed by an eldritch tome with GrandPat's face on it, with a crystal ball sitting in front of them.

In a montage of toilet-themed fashion, they are seen wearing glasses with flushers and pop-up lens that resemble toilet lids.

- Their T-shirt resembles the T-shirt that Patrick wore in the first half of the episode "Valentine’s Day."
- They, Incidental 70, Incidental 88, Incidental 89, Incidental 101, and Incidental 144 all made their comeback in a The Patrick Star Show episode before making their main series comeback during the airing of season 13.
