Incidental 96[1] is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Valentine's Day." Her incidental type is currently unknown.
Description[]
She is a light tan fish with a beige underside. Her arms and lips are colored light tan and her dorsal fin and legs are colored beige. She wears a pink dress with round shoulders.
Alternate colors of Incidental 96.
She also has an alternate color palette that first appeared in "Dirty Bubble Returns" where she is colored bright green with a lighter green front, has an orange dorsal fin, a bright pink shirt, and a purple skirt.
Role in series[]
Incidentals 95-101's models shown to be absent from the original main model sheet (Note: the label is mistakenly shown to claim Incidentals 95-102 are absent).
Incidental 96 has made a few appearances throughout the series. After her appearance in "Neptune's Spatula," she is absent from the series for about 20 years. Though she later makes a comeback in the Season 12 episode "Dirty Bubble Returns" and continues to make more appearances in the series. She is commonly seen alongside Incidental 97 in a few episodes. She was firstly designed to be a patron at the Valentine's Day Carnival.

She is part of the crowd who got cornered onto the end of the pier of the Valentine's Day Carnival by Patrick's tantrum.

She appears as one of the fish trying to get a hot dog from the octopus vendor at Goo Lagoon's Snack Bar only for it to be devoured by SpongeBob, which causes her to walk away in disappointment.

She and her family watch as the Dirty Bubble cleans the exterior of their dirty house. They all cheer until it gets destroyed by the Dirty Bubble, making them sad.

She is seen at the Krusty Krab with an unnamed blue fish and with Incidental 163 and Incidental 169 as their children. When Mr. Krabs rings the bell at them, the blue fish threatens to bop Mr. Krabs and Incidental 96 tells him to think of the children and the blue fish tells their children to attack Mr. Krabs.

She is seen at the Claire St. Claire and the Low Tides concert where SpongeBob accidentally shoots Krabby Patties at her's and Incidental 97's faces.

She is seen standing in an open space with other Bikini Bottom citizens where SpongeBob and Squidward attempt to pull their food truck up to them until a taco truck arrives and pushes them away.

She is one of the Bikini Bottomites who run away from SpongeBob and Patrick playing Gorilla suit day.

She scolded Incidental 144, when Spongebob turned him into a tree and she got hitten by a coconut.

She is seen in the audience during Ancient Rome times alongside Incidental 40 and Incidental 111 in a few scenes and is later shown as an elder along with the two of them.

She is one of the soldiers that help Patrick return to normal size.

She is one of the doctors that operates on the home ec teacher throughout the episode. When he is about to taste Squidina's pickle pie, she is seen telling him not to eat it.

Incidental 96 sleeping.
She is seen sleeping after Squidina warns Patrick that his game of tic-tac-solo is boring. She is surprised by Patrick's arm getting cut off, and reacts in adoration to Patty Poo.

GrandPat Star accidentally got the turkey boots of Incidental 96.
She appears when GrandPat Star goes on a hunt to find turkeys. He accidentally got the turkey boots of Incidental 96. She tells him to get his own, and then kicks him by the face and walks away.
