Norma is an elderly citizen who lives at the Shady Shoals Rest Home, as seen in the episode, "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy."

Description

Norma is a light yellow elderly fish who wears a light orange skirt and matching shoes. She is usually seen with a walker hinting that she might have a problem with walking. She has white hair.

History

She is called the checkers lady in the game Lights, Camera, Pants!, where you have to defeat her in a full game of Checkers to exit Shady Shoals (but when the arrow scrolls on her, it says Talk to Old Lady, instead of Talk to Norma.). She appears in the Jury, in the episode, "Krabs vs Plankton." She appears in the Video game, SpongeBob SquarePants the Movie, and her name is "Victoria Ellen," and she is having things stolen from her -including her diamond- by a Clam that lived under the Hotel she didn't pay her rent for staying. She appears attacking Giant Squidward, in the episode, by the same name.
