He is light green fish with orange liver spots, mint green fins, dark green lips, and has a few hair strands on top of his head. He wears a pair of eyeglasses and a purple speedo with orange polka-dots on them. In his older appearances, he wore a white adult diaper.

Incidental 92 is a somewhat commonly used incidental character in the series being a bit more commonly used than most elderly incidentals who are all normally portrayed to be residents at Shady Shoals Rest Home. He is normally portrayed as an elderly fish but has also been portrayed as a younger middle aged fish in a few of his appearances as well. He has even been portrayed to be a prisoner a few times throughout the series.

He is one of the surfer fish that SpongeBob shrinks with Mermaid Man's belt, along with Scooter and Sandals. SpongeBob also nervously watches him climb into his sleeve.

He is one of the seniors at Shady Shoals whose white clothes get ruined by the big flood of fruit punch due to Incidental 6 opening a window for them.

He is the first customer to come up at Mr. Krabs' yard sale. He buys an old umbrella. He is convinced by Mr. Krabs if this umbrella used to belong to the queen of Switzerland. He then replies that Switzerland has no queen. However, he buys the umbrella anyway.

He is part of the audience that constantly gets disturbed by Gary the Snail's injuries, as well as saying "aww" to the romance of Gary and Snellie.

He says "uh oh" when he sees Plankton pretending to be injured after slipping on the wet floor. He is also part of the jury.

He makes some notable appearances in the audience in a few shots during Squidward's recital.

He is shown to be part of a motorcycle group originally thought to be The Wild Ones, but were revealed to be the Mild Ones. He was also seen as a leaf blower operator at Jellyfish Fields, blowing the shredded pieces of SpongeBob and Patrick into piles.

He then tells Patrick that he was hugging a package of cleaning sponges when he mistakes the package for SpongeBob. He then shows that SpongeBob is really badly crushed under a pile of rubble from the Barg'N-Mart.

He, Incidental 31, and Incidental 47 become unamused by SpongeBob trying to convince the customers to stop eating Krusty Dogs while dressed as an old timely gentleman. They later notice Incidental 41's Krusty Dog about to explode, and it explodes all over the three of them.

He pays Squidward for tickets to go on The Wreck of the Mauna Loa amusement park ride.
