Incidental 91 (Also known as Old Man Jenkins II[1]) is an elderly fish who lives at Shady Shoals Rest Home. He debuts in "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy."

Incidental 91's model
He is a short light blue elderly fish with spikes on his head, orange liver spots, and bushy gray eyebrows. He wears glasses, brown pants, and purple slippers. As a child, he is a lot shorter, has a small spiky dorsal fin, and visible pupils.

- In "My Pretty Seahorse," he was named "Old Man Jenkins."

He was revealed to be the father of an unnamed kid at the end of "Lost and Found"
