Incidental 91,[1] also known as Incidental 91KID[2][3], is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy." He is likely classified as an elderly-type incidental.
Description[]
He is a short light blue elderly fish with spikes on his head, orange liver spots, and bushy gray eyebrows. He wears glasses, brown pants, and purple slippers.
Incidental 91KID[]
He is a short yellow kid fish with three brown spots on the sides of his head and a small light brown dorsal fin. He also wears thicker glasses that show visible pupils and brown pants. In his older appearances, he was originally colored light blue with orange spots like his normal variant.
Names[]
Incidental 91 has been given two one time generic names throughout the franchise:
- In "My Pretty Seahorse," he is named "Old Man Jenkins."
- In the PC version of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie video game, he is an explorer named Charles Oscar William Piedmont Augustus Winthorp.

Incidental 91 has made a few appearances throughout the series due to most elderly incidentals being usually portrayed as Shady Shoals Rest Home residents. He has also made a few speaking and notable roles as well. He also has a "KID" suffix variant that appears as a child in a very few episodes.

Incidental 91KID is one of the many school children from Squidward's flashback who runs away from his bad kazoo playing. Incidental 91 later appears where he picks up his son from the Krusty Krab lost and found at the end of the episode.

He is one of the incidentals who appear in Patrick's fantasy chanting "coupon."
"Pat the Horse"[]
Incidental 91KID appears as one of the kids wanting to pet Patrick as a horse. He later appears as one of the kids wanting to ride Squidward as a horse.

SpongeBob "shoots" a dirty look at his face. He is later seen as one of the elderly people in the Bikini Bottom Police Department's evidence room.
"Jolly Lodgers"[]
He is part of SpongeBob and Patrick's conga line.

He slowly drives by Harold and Margaret SquarePants' house after it rots, complaining that nobody listens to him about protecting their house with lemon juice and plastic.
