Incidental 9[1], also known as Incidental PM18, is a background character who makes many cameo appearances in the series, first appearing in the episode "Ripped Pants." He is classified as a "inbetween" type incidental.

Description

He is a light orange fish with light blue stripes and light blue lips and a light blue fin. He has light yellow eyes with black pupils.

He appeared as green in "Pickles," "No Free Rides," and The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.

He was a student in Mrs. Puff's Boating School.

He, Fred, and Incidental 31 are acting difficult and rushing Squidward about getting their Krabby Patties.

He sits along with Incidental 60 listening to Sandy's quest to find SpongeBob.

He dies after getting crushed by a bus on Mrs. Puff's imagination.

He is seen sitting at a table with Incidental 60 being served by Teen 5.

He is a guest at SpongeBob's house parties.

He makes a cameo in line in between Incidental 5, Incidental 8, and other Bikini Bottomites.
