Incidental 85 is an orange elderly fish citizen of Bikini Bottom who makes cameos in several episodes, starring with "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy."
Description
He is an old light orange fish with light brown lips and wears a light blue shirt with a white collar.
Personality
He seems to be senile but optimistic, as when he was assaulted by the townspeople, he did not seem to be aware of the situation of SpongeBob's fear and seemed to appreciate the "young people" swarming around him.
Despite this, he can be bad-tempered, as shown in "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V," when he threatens Man Ray, Dirty Bubble, and Barnacle Man after they ding-dong-ditch him and calling them "crazy kids."
Role in series
He is often seen with other fish, particularly the elderly fish. His most iconic appearance is in "The Bully," where he is mistaken by Harold Bill Reginald Scott and the townspeople as the man who wants to kick SpongeBob's butt.
In "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V," he is shown on TV when Man Ray, Dirty Bubble, and Barnacle Man ding-dong-ditch him, threatening to get them and calling them "crazy kids."
In "Mid-Life Crustacean," he is seen in line for ice cream with the other old Bikini Bottomites.
