Character

Incidental 81[1], also known as Old Fish B[2] and Motorist, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy." He is likely to be classified as an "elderly" type incidental.

Description

He is a light beige elderly fish with a big light gray beard and wears a light blue hospital gown. He only has three hairs on his head, a visible vein on his forehead, and three irregular faded orange spots at each side of his head.

Old Fish B

He is an elderly beige fish with pink lips, dark teal fins, and a gray beard. His eyes are large and round and colored blue with black irises. He wears an army green hospital gown and has a bamboo cane.

Motorist

He appears as Old Fish B driving a basic red and white boatmobile.

Role in series

Incidental 81 possessed by a ghost.

Incidental 81 has not made too many appearances in the series much like most elderly incidentals due to normally being portrayed as a resident at Shady Shoals Rest Home.

When Barnacle Boy calls Mermaid Man an "old coot" Incidental 81 assumes that he was talking to him and says "I’m over here."

"Christmas Who?"

He was the elderly man in the original storyboard that wanted to ask Santa Claus for a glass of water for his teeth, but was replaced by Incidental 85 in the final episode.

"Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy III"

He is seen at the Bank Man Ray attempts to rob where he laughs whenever Man Ray laughs.

"Doing Time"

He finishes a memoir of his life in red ink, but the red punch soaks the memoir, and due to it being red, makes his writing unreadable.

"Rule of Dumb"

He is seen on a show SpongeBob is watching at the beginning of the episode where Incidental 47 reveals to her boyfriend, Jason, that she has a crush on Incidental 81. Jason then calls Incidental 81 his grandpa.

"Born to Be Wild"

He is part of the Mild Ones and he has Squidward ride in his side car at the end.

"Goo Goo Gas"

He is seen alongside the elders who whack Plankton while he is trapped in a net.

"Pest of the West"

He appears as one of the cowboys at the Krusty Kantina singing "Dead Eye" with Pecos Patrick.

"The Battle of Bikini Bottom"

He appears as one of the blue soldiers filling their cannon with filth.

"SpongeBob's Last Stand"

He is one of the elders featured in the Shelly Superhighway parade.

"The Great Patty Caper"

He is seen at a retirement home playing cards with Incidental 92 while the train was about to crash into them.

"Krusty Dogs"

He is seen at the Krusty Krab with Incidental 82, listening to her talk.

"Super Evil Aquatic Villain Team Up is Go!"

He is seen standing near the punch bowl at the Ladies' Choice dance with Incidental 91, Mermaid Man, and Barnacle Boy.

"Plankton Retires"

He accidentally squishes Plankton with his walker.

"Call the Cops"

He is one of the elderly fish in the Bikini Bottom Police Department evidence room.

"Krusty Koncessionaires"

A starving Incidental 48 is seen chewing on his beard.

"The Yard Sale"

Incidental 48 purchases GrandPat Star to be Incidental 160's new grandfather, replacing Incidental 81.

"The Haunting of Star House"

He is part of the Flying Dutchman's commercial where he is seen struggling to do a bench press with Incidental 24, Incidental 24A, and Incidental 32 mocking him until a ghost possesses him and grants him super strength. He then tosses the barbell onto the three muscular guys.
