Incidental 7 (also known as Incidental T10^[2] and Incidental CM20^[3]) is one of the most frequently-used background characters. She is first seen in the episode "Ripped Pants."

In "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V," Incidental 7 is called Nancy.
In "Good Ol' Whatshisname," Incidental 7 is called Suzy Fish.
In "Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob," she is called Susie.

Description

She is usually a dark gray minnow with white hair, who wears a mustard-yellow outfit consisting of a T-shirt, skirt, and matching hairband.

In season 1 and some early season 2 episodes, she has pink lips, nostrils, and a collar on her outfit.
